Job Title

  • Manage a Recruitment Specialist to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage candidates through diverse channels.
  • Review applications, conduct screenings, and develop interview processes to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in a high-growth company, and a passion for coaching and mentoring. You should be highly skilled across the full hiring process, with excellent organisational ability to manage multiple roles, shifting priorities, and diverse stakeholders.
