Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage portfolios across our business with a key focus on maintaining relationship management and delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will support customer retention, increase product per customer ratio, and work with our operational team to resolve issues and communicate back to the business for review.

About You

  • Experience in financial services ideally within wealth management or broking.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience within financial services.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial services experience preferably in wealth management or broking.
  • Customer service skills with ability to work with Partner/Advisor channels.
  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
