About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker to join our team at Care Squared Futures, powered by Humanity Health Group.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals who face significant challenges in their lives, providing quality therapy and intervention to help them achieve their employment goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients with personal growth and development
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to customers to help them achieve independence and competence in their employment and training goals
  • Managing your own calendar to meet client expectations and workload
  • Conducting mini-mental health training sessions on site for employment services staff
  • Liaising with local health professionals and services as required
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key referrers and customers
  • Identifying and engaging with potential new entrants to SLES
  • Completing risk assessments and discussing suitability of new participants and service offerings with relevant stakeholders
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and has a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An approved Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychologist and/or Counselling degree
  • Full registration with an approved body
  • Determination and motivation for professional growth
  • A passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients
  • High levels of verbal and written communication
  • Customer-centric with a desire to drive strong client relationships
  • A valid Australian Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle
