Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Professional to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that effectively engages our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various channels, including social media, media releases, annual reports, websites, and publications.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with each team to create materials that accurately reflect their services and goals.
  • Internal and External Communications: Enhance our internal and external communications systems to ensure seamless information flow and alignment with risk management protocols.
  • Branding and Visual Identity: Develop branding and visual packaging for education and information programs, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Legislative Awareness: Maintain awareness of changes to relevant legislation and adapt resources and materials accordingly.
  • Brand Awareness and Community Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and funding opportunities.
Working Environment:

The role will be based in our Toowoomba office, with regular travel to Ipswich and occasional travel to remote office locations.

This position requires SCHADS Level 5+ qualifications and experience.
