Senior Advisor Educator Capability

Role Overview

We seek an exceptional professional to lead educational technology initiatives, mentor educators in virtual andragogy, and contribute to the design and delivery of digitally enabled learning programs.

This permanent full-time position will foster a culture of innovation and excellence in technology-enhanced learning, teaching, and assessment practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the success of transformation and cultural change through promoting and modelling established values.
  • Lead and support the integration of educational technologies and virtual learning strategies to enhance teaching and assessment practices.
  • Develop and deliver professional development programs focused on digital pedagogy, virtual classroom management, and the use of learning management systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement innovative digital solutions that improve learner engagement and outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on the selection and application of digital tools and platforms for vocational education and training.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives in teaching and learning.
  • Experience in designing and evaluating technology-enhanced learning programs and resources.
  • Strong understanding of current trends in online education, instructional design, and digital assessment strategies.
  • High-level communication, consultation, and influencing skills.
