Operations Graduate Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Operations Graduate Program. This 24-month program is designed to equip you with hands-on experience in warehouse management, transportation, team supervision, project management, and safety.

You will build strong relationships, solve supply chain issues, optimize processes, reduce our carbon footprint, explore various career paths, and work on projects that truly matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain in-depth experience in various IT domains through six three-month rotations across different departments, including Analytics and Design, Warehouse Solutions, Transport Solutions, Cloud Management, Enterprise Projects, and Corporate Solutions.
  • Become proficient in integrated warehouse and transport systems, contributing to the development of industry-leading innovations in safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
  • Work with major customers in retail, healthcare, government, and defence, shaping the future of logistics.
