Job Title: Senior Commercial Credit Underwriter

We're seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Credit Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our credit team, you'll be responsible for assessing working capital and asset finance requirements for large SMEs and small corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and structure credit facilities for large SMEs and small corporate customers.
  • Conduct due diligence on complex businesses and apply credit policies and lending guidelines.
  • Make sound customer-centric decisions, considering the 'four C's of credit.'
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial statements.
  • Previous experience assessing large SMEs and corporates for credit limits.
  • Delegated lending authority and finance or accounting qualifications (preferred).
