Product Development Director Position

The Product Development Director will be responsible for leading a technically ambitious portfolio of projects and guiding a multidisciplinary team across R&D, embedded systems, mechanical design, and software.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all product development activities for the global OMVS portfolio
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team to drive project delivery excellence
  • Develop and implement effective R&D project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution strategies
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, IP protection, and technical standards
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with operations, portfolio management, and international stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
About You:
  • Degree-qualified in engineering or applied science with proven track record in leading complex product development programs
  • Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills with hands-on experience in embedded systems, mechanical products, and/or software development
  • Proficient in project management and cross-functional coordination with a customer-focused, results-driven approach
