Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage the development of new products, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Analyse trade reports to assess product performance and feed learnings into future product development.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and construction methods are used throughout the production process.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including designers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement efficient processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.

About You:

We're looking for someone who has a proven track record in product development and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in product development or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in product lifecycle management software, such as PLM or ERP.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, design, or business.
