This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and drive strategic product development initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all product development activities, managing and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, and overseeing project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with the company's overall strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and exceed customer expectations
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers to achieve outstanding results in product development
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, cybersecurity best practices, and intellectual property protection
- Drive innovation through collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Degree-qualified in engineering or applied science with a strong track record in leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead complex product development programs and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience in team development and management
- Hands-on experience in embedded systems, mechanical products, and/or software development with a focus on innovation and problem-solving
- Skilled in project management, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
