Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Logistics Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional customer service to council clients and residents via phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Liaison: Act as the key liaison between customers and operations, effectively managing enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate data, records, and files relating to residential services, utilizing computer systems to track performance and generate reports.
  4. Performance Metrics: Utilize performance metrics to measure and improve service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  3. Experience: Experience in customer service or call centre environments, with a proven ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
  4. Certifications: National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
