This role offers a chance to work on energy-efficient residential projects with a strong focus on sustainable design practices. As a Senior Designer, you will lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases, collaborate with offshore teams, and contribute to a diverse project portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential design, be comfortable with basic drafting and coordination with offshore teams, and possess a passion for sustainable architecture and innovation.
About the Position:- This is a rare opportunity to take your design career to the next level by working on high-end residential projects.
- You will have exposure to a variety of energy-efficient projects, including luxury homes, coastal builds, and boutique renovations.
The team delivers over 160 architectural drawings per year and provides training towards 9-10 star and Passivhaus standards. You will work in a brand new Perth-based office with on-site parking and have opportunities for long-term growth into advanced sustainable design or leadership roles.
