Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of inventory policy, strategy, and systems.

The primary focus is on ensuring data accuracy that drives physical and logical stock balances across various systems (SAP, 3PL WMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure inventory accuracy by SKU, batch, quantity, and status
  2. Monitor and resolve inventory sync issues between 3PL and Company owned warehouses
  3. Investigate and resolve inbound/outbound, shipping, batch, and EDI errors with stakeholders
  4. Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable inventory process improvements
  5. Maintain compliance with inventory policy and support SCA projects
  6. Manage WNS team performance, ensuring timely and correct inventory adjustments and error resolution
  7. Oversee and reduce IDOC, PGI/PGR, ASN, and EDI setup issues with 3PLs
  8. Track supplier performance and support issue resolution (e.g., returns)

Requirements:

  1. Strong governance, time management, and attention to detail
  2. Proven ability to set expectations, follow through, and lead by example
  3. Collaborative leadership and clear, engaging communication
  4. 4+ years' experience in Frozen Food or FMCG, with deep inventory management expertise
  5. Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems
  6. Skilled in project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
  7. Advanced Microsoft Suite skills: Power BI experience desirable
  8. Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility legislation
