We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in the field of Bioinformatics and Systems Immunology.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding researcher to contribute to cutting-edge research in single cell genomics, transcriptomics data analysis, and machine learning approaches.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and apply novel bioinformatics methods for analyzing complex data sets, with a focus on understanding immune responses against viral infections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and applying advanced computational tools for single cell genomics and transcriptomics data analysis
  • Collaborating with researchers to design and execute experiments, and analyze results
  • Communicating research findings through publications and presentations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A PhD in Computational Biology, Mathematics, Biostatistics, or related field
  • Strong programming skills in R, Python, or C++
  • Experience with Genomics and/or Transcriptomics analyses
  • Good knowledge of languages such as R, Python, or C++
  • Evidence of publications in influential, high-impact journals
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
