About the Role

As a HR practitioner, you will enjoy the responsibility and autonomy of having your own remit providing end-to-end advice on all people-related matters. You will support stakeholders to navigate day-to-day operational issues, gaining experience and becoming an extension of the businesses you manage.

The role involves providing guidance and support to enhance people and leadership capability. This includes acting as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and advice on all people matters, including IR/ER, policy, legislation, and people-related issues.

Key aspects of this job include managing the employee lifecycle from end to end, ensuring the right people are in the right jobs. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new initiatives, formulating policy, procedure, and/or process where required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A generalist with a passion for influencing and coaching leaders through diverse operational HR matters
  • Natural ability to establish key stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing priorities, and have a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving
