About the Role

Are you someone who naturally connects people, loves seeing others succeed and thrives in purpose-driven environments?

We're looking for Catalyst Connectors — individuals who enjoy making meaningful introductions between business owners and who want to turn that skill into income.

You don't need to sell, pitch or deliver services. You simply invite aligned business owners to attend our facilitated networking and growth events - and we take care of the rest.

What You'll Be Doing (Stage 1)

  • Invite business owners to attend a Catalyst Discovery Session or Pitch & Connect event
  • Use our done-for-you invite tools to make 10 simple outreach messages per weekday
  • Follow up with guests and encourage them to take up their complimentary ticket
  • Let our team handle onboarding, follow-up and conversion
  • Track your activity and results with simple tools
  • Meet regularly with your Catalyst Coach and Connector Mentor for guidance and support
  • Engage with your local business ecosystem and help grow your Circle

Estimated Annual Income

  • OTE: $30,000+ per year in uncapped recurring commissions — based on a 15-hour per week role (full-time equivalent of $90,000+).
  • Earn as you connect. Your income grows with every member, sponsor or guest you refer into the Catalyst Circle. Build it once and get rewarded continuously, as long as they remain active.

No selling. No fulfillment. Just natural conversations and community-building with purpose.

  • Opportunities to co-host or manage Catalyst Circles in your region
