Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Job Summary:

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for providing high-quality human resources support to ensure the success of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer-focused support on a wide range of HR enquiries and systems.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to negotiate and organize HR activities and events.
  • Support the preparation and development of reports, submissions, briefing notes and other correspondence.
  • Assist in processes including developing and updating role descriptions, induction and separation procedures and performance and development processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new human resource documentation and procedures.
Requirements:

Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience with Aurion ESS and associated processes.
  • Experience in human resource processing in a State Government environment.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources.
