Role Overview

The Office Operations Leader will oversee a high-performing team, ensuring efficient and reliable service to the smooth operation of our office.

This role focuses on driving continuous improvement across all functions within Office Services, working closely with teams to build strong relationships and foster a positive work environment.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a professional services setting where high standards and client focus are essential;
  • Proven track record of managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations;
  • Strong service orientation, consistently delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, fostering positive working relationships across all levels of the business;
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills, suitable for liaising with partners, clients, and team members;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work;
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues efficiently;
  • Self-motivated and proactive, taking initiative to improve processes and support team success;
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
