About This RoleWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide diverse caseloads to our home care clients.
- Seating and postural management
- Pressure management
- Falls prevention and education
- Development and implementation of individualised programs based on resident goals
- Advocacy through supporting choice and mitigating risk processes; and
- Continuous improvement Assistance for residents to complete government subsidy forms.
This is a full-time role that requires a driver's licence.
About YouWe are looking for an Occupational Therapist who has an interest in rehabilitation and a desire to encourage our residents to develop and maintain a level of fitness conducive to a good quality of life, and to maximise their independence. An understanding of issues experienced by elderly people, their families, and carers is important. Knowledge of equipment and services available in the Aged Care sector will be highly regarded.
