Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Foreman to oversee the daily operations of our workshop. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with European vehicles and possess excellent diagnostic and technical skills.

About the Role
  • Manage daily workshop operations, allocating jobs to technicians and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the workshop team, promoting quality control and customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Oversee repair work and servicing to meet Mercedes-Benz factory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all service documentation is completed correctly.
  • Support staff development through mandatory Mercedes-Benz factory training.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working with European vehicles, ideally Mercedes-Benz.
  • Previous leadership or workshop controller/foreman experience.
  • Excellent diagnostic and technical skills.
  • Strong organisation, leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
