Home Care Support Worker Opportunity

At My Flex Health, we provide quality of life services and support to our elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes and Aged Care Facilities. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing exceptional person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care to clients in accordance with their care / support plan.
  • Transporting clients to engage in community activities.
  • Cleaning and cooking in accordance to client preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Ageing (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A Valid Driver's licence.
  • Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Current National police clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check (if also working in Disability).
  • NDIS Orientation (preferred).
  • Current Working with Children Check (preferred / essential if working in disability).
  • Criminal Clearance Record Screen (or willing to obtain).
  • Current Manual Handling (in-house training provided).
  • Current First Aid and CPR.
  • Current Medication Administration.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and current Influenza vaccination.
