Empowering Independence: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults and children with complex care needs to live independently and pursue their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex care needs
  • Assist with daily living activities such as toileting, showering, and dressing
  • Support individuals with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Accompany individuals on outings and social events
  • Document progress and participate in regular meetings with colleagues and supervisors

Requirements:

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Experience working with children with complex needs desirable
  • Manual handling experience desirable
