Probity and Conduct Officer
As a Probity and Conduct Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of complaints and facilitating the resolution of workplace conduct issues. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of workplace conduct issues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and respectful work environment.
- Provide training and support to employees on probity and conduct matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain impartial and objective in high-pressure situations. You will also have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
