Probity and Conduct Officer

As a Probity and Conduct Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of complaints and facilitating the resolution of workplace conduct issues. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of workplace conduct issues.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Provide training and support to employees on probity and conduct matters.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
