The Integrity Unit is a newly formed team dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and integrity across the organisation.

As a member of this team, you will support the administration of TAFE NSW's Fraud Corruption Prevention Framework. This involves timely identification, triage, and referral of matters, as well as providing specialist support to corruption prevention officers in maintaining the integrity environment of TAFE NSW and its staff.

You will use your knowledge of legislation and fraud and corruption control standards to contribute to the effective delivery of the Corruption Prevention Framework. This will enable TAFE NSW to achieve high ethics and integrity standards.

Responsibilities include supporting the intake, assessment, and case management of suspected fraud and corruption matters, including the assessment and compliance requirements of Public Interest Disclosures and whistleblower policies.

Key qualifications include demonstrated knowledge of contemporary corruption prevention themes, emergent trends, and strategies within the public sector. Experience in fraud and corruption investigations is essential, as well as experience or proven ability to prepare senior briefings on serious matters.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities are essential, along with the ability to respond in a flexible and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.
