**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in identifying insights that facilitate better decision-making to enable our people to thrive collectively.
  • Creation and maintenance of engaging dashboards, reports and presentations to highlight insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Continuously seek ways to optimise data collection, processing, and reporting processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications eg HR, Business or Data Analytics.
  • Experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and validity.
  • Curiosity and creativity, with the ability to ask relevant questions and explore new possibilities with data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success.
