Main Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with leadership teams, stakeholders, and HR departments to implement strategies addressing workforce challenges.
  • HR processes such as organizational design, workforce planning, change management, capability development, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Dispute resolution, coaching, facilitation, and team-based interventions.
