Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centered care by ensuring medication safety and optimizing medication management
  • Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
  • High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a friendly working environment
