Medical-Legal Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Medical-Legal Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries and help them achieve the best possible outcome.

About the Role:
  • Conduct initial client interviews to build trust and gather information about their unique situation.
  • Manage post-interview activities, including drafting medical chronologies and supporting legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with our Medical Law team members to ensure exceptional client care and deliver quality results.
  • Partner with our contact centre team to identify new opportunities and manage enquiries to resolution.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong background in Biomedical Science and/or Laws is preferred, but not essential for success.
  • An understanding of medical terminology, medical guidelines, practices, and protocols.
  • The ability to tackle complex problem-solving and listen to clients to determine the right pathway to assistance.
  • Demonstrated phone-based customer service experience for clients who have experienced varying degrees of trauma.
  • A commitment to building relationships and working together to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
