About the Role:
We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at RAAF Base East Sale. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm, providing a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe food handling, sanitisation and cleanliness of the meal and service areas.
- Assist in stock takes and other inventory control activities as required.
- Comply with site-specific safety requirements and report any potential issues.
- Assist with basic food preparation, as requested by the Head Chef.
About You:
We are looking for someone with relevant experience as a Kitchen Assistant in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a demonstrated understanding of hygiene practices and the ability to follow instructions.
