In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join the team at RAAF Base East Sale.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm providing you with fantastic work life balance.

About The Role:

Safe food handling, sanitisation and cleanliness of the meal and service areas. Ensuring cleanliness of food preparation equipment. Assist in stock takes and other inventory control activities as required. Comply with site specific safety requirements and report any potential issues. Assist with basic food preparation, as requested by the Head Chef.

 
About You:

Relevant experience as a Kitchen Hand in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Understanding of hygiene practices of the food safety program Ability and willingness to follow instruction. Good communication skills.
