About the Role:
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of meal and service areas, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation equipment and assist with basic food preparation as required.
- Participate in stock takes and other inventory control activities as needed.
- Comply with site-specific safety requirements and report any potential issues.
About You:
- Relevant experience as a Kitchen Hand in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Understanding of hygiene practices and food safety protocols.
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions and maintain a safe working environment.
- Good communication skills.
