Job Summary:

The FP&A Analyst will report to the Senior Manager – FP&A and Reporting, playing a key role in capital reporting, financial modelling, and process enhancement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide capital reporting, analysis, and insights
  • Develop and maintain long-term capital strategy plans (5-year outlook) and financial models
  • Support capital governance, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Prepare and review monthly capital reports and financial presentations
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives

About You:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a financial, commercial, or capital analyst role post qualification
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • CPA/CA qualification with a solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards
  • Experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier chartered environment is highly regarded - first/mid-level professionals encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
