Strategic Capital Development Opportunities

This is an exciting opportunity to work across strategic capital initiatives, corporate development, and investment opportunities spanning real estate, wellness, and alternative assets.

The successful candidate will have the ability to drive strategic initiatives, M&A, and growth projects across the group. They will also be required to collaborate with senior leadership on investment strategy & deal execution.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic initiatives, M&A, and growth projects across the group
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on investment strategy & deal execution
  • Prepare Board and investor materials, conduct investment analysis and feasibility studies, support capital raising and deal execution, and assist with new fund and business development initiatives
  • Develop financial models and investment proposals; structure deals with Finance, Legal, and operations teams to optimize investment outcomes
  • Engage internal teams and external stakeholders to support growth objectives

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years' experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or related field
  • Strong corporate finance, financial modelling, and capital structuring skills
  • Analytical, commercially aware, and able to present financial information to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment
