Objective: Deliver exceptional digital content that resonates with customers.

The Web Content Specialist works closely with the Trade Marketing team to craft compelling narratives, increase customer engagement, and optimize the online experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a deep understanding of our target audience's preferences and needs

• Collaborating with writers to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand's tone and voice

• Conducting in-depth traffic analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth

• Managing all aspects of content creation, including static and video content, imagery selection, and editing

• Working with the Content Manager and Director to develop strategies that enhance the customer journey and personalization

• Ensuring seamless execution of promotional and seasonal content initiatives while adhering to brand guidelines

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in sales, media, product, or integration teams within media, advertising, marketing, or publishing industries

• A track record of success in category or client business planning, sales strategies, market pitching, and revenue growth

• Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail and numbers, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills

• High organizational abilities, collaborating efficiently to manage responsibilities

• An upbeat, can-do attitude, remaining calm under pressure and negotiating respectfully
