Role Overview

As a strategic communications leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully crafting and delivering communication programs that align with corporate vision and values.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a whole-of-firm narrative to our people and the market, including new key strategic investment areas and market plays.
  • Connect our regional strategy to the refreshed global strategy, helping to translate how we are activating the strategy in our region.
  • Redevelop and lead a whole-of-firm approach to communicating client wins, working collaboratively with various teams to streamline the process.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in strategic communications leadership roles with a track record of successfully influencing public opinion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the full potential of our business to drive organisational strategy and objectives.
  • High level relationship management and interpersonal skills.
