**About the role**:
This is an exciting, creative position that plays a pivotal role in proactively leading and coordinating digital and social communications for the organisation.

Responsible for promoting the association's value proposition to its members by crafting compelling stories in contemporary ways.

Leveraging various digital platforms and strategies, the Digital Marketing Communications Specialist will enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty within the target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Regularly analyse digital marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements

**To be successful you will ideally have**:

- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging narratives
- Ability to meet deadlines and display initiative as well as organise and prioritise work
- Good process management and problem-solving skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- **The ability to commence this role immediately, no notice periods please**
