Job Overview

The security management office is responsible for building trust and transparency with customers and stakeholders on Microsoft's security posture, capabilities, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the security needs, challenges, and opportunities of APAC customers.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the APAC Security community.
  • Design and deliver programs that educate the Regulated Industry community on Microsoft's security practices, capabilities, and roadmap.
  • Cultivate feedback and input from the APAC community on Microsoft's security offerings and roadmap.
  • Pursue opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation with the APAC customer community on security matters.
  • Represent Microsoft as a trusted voice on security matters in the APAC customer community.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise on the security landscape, challenges, and solutions for the APAC region.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful programs.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are preferred.

This is a leadership role within our security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and be able to lead initiatives to build trust and transparency with our customers.
