Primary School Service Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Primary School Service Coordinator in Eaton, Western Australia.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service to children in a primary school setting. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program that meets the needs of our children and their families.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form positive relationships with children, families, and the school community. You will also have experience in childcare and hold relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or equivalent.
About the Role:
- Lead a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program
- Create daily plans and organisation of your service's activities
- Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children
- Prepare and serve healthy food options
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community
- Nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play
About You:
- You have an enthusiastic & engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships
- You have completed or are studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
- You hold a valid Working with Children Check(or are willing to obtain one)
- You have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or are willing to obtain)
- Your availability is from (6:30 am - 8:30 am) and (2:00 pm - 6.00 pm) Monday to Friday
