Key Responsibilities

As a retail team member, you will play a vital role in supporting sales and customer journeys.

You will be the connector between our front of house team and the optometrists, ensuring pre-testing is done quickly and to a high standard.

You will occasionally answer phones, supporting booking in and changing appointments.

Building strong rapport and creating a memorable customer experience, you must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to patients and colleagues.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Supporting optometrists in the pre-testing phase of appointments.
  • Occasionally answering phones, supporting with booking in and changing appointments.
