About You

· Do you have a sound understanding of the tourism industry?

· Do you have great communication and interpersonal skills?

· Are you computer savvy and able to confidently learn new computer systems?

· Do you display exceptional attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively?

· Can you work under pressure and manage a high-volume workload, while maintaining a consistent and high level of customer service?

· Experience in a similar role, as well as reservations system experience is also highly desirable.

About The Role

We have opportunities available for customer-focused and sales-driven individuals to join our Travel Centre team based in our Adelaide office. This position offers the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster cycle as well as work-from-home options after passing probation.

Your primary responsibility would be to provide a full travel experience service that goes beyond our guests' expectations.

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you are the start of our guests' journey of a lifetime.

Key responsibilities

· Initially, your time will be spent getting to know our team, learning about our amazing products, using our booking systems, and buddying up with one of our talented Travel Sales Consultants.

· You will offer exceptional customer service to assist our guests with their holiday of a lifetime through our various communication platforms including over the phone, via email or on webchat.

· Using your creativity and passion for the tourism industry, you will provide our guests with a suite of information relating to our products and offer personalised solutions and package options depending on our guests needs.

· You will be an expert in your field and a product ambassador, all while working towards and achieving your individual plus team KPI's
