This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to start their journey with an entry level position, we know a new role can be stressful which is why the support will still be there even after you leave training

Unlimited Earnings Potential: Start with a $53,000 base salary plus superannuation, and enjoy uncapped commissions paid fortnightly. First-year on-target earnings (OTE) are easily $80,000+

Great Working Hours:You'll work a rotating schedule Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, with Saturdays always set at 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer inbound calls from everyday customers, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
• Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
• Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
• Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
• Be flexible with hours to ensure we're there when our customers need us.
