Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who have worked in customer-facing roles, such as retail assistants, hotel staff or healthcare professionals. If you enjoy helping people and are confident in your communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for assisting our guests during check-in, ensuring their documentation is accurate and providing support during flight disruptions and cancellations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • A valid visa or work permit (not applicable for Australian citizens or permanent residents)
  • Have at least 3 years of previous employment experience in roles focused on caring for people/customers
  • Be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
  • Have reliable transport to and from the airport, including peak hours and public holidays
  • Be able to work a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes and weekends
  • Be comfortable around cats and dogs who may travel with our guests from time to time
