Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer service, supply chain, or related role.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to prioritize customer needs while aligning with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
