Expert Building Advisor

The position requires a senior building consultant to provide expert advice on all things related to building repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough property inspections and evaluations, identifying defects, compliance issues, and liabilities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports documenting causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended remediation strategies.
  • Provide expert testimony in court proceedings as required.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of relevant government legislation, standards, and codes governing building practices, technologies, and materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of technical experience in building consultancy work.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business sense.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High motivation, sound judgment, and customer focus.
  • Leadership experience or aspirations.
