About the Role:

As a seasoned retail professional, you'll assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, managing new stock deliveries, and curating visual merchandising. You'll also inspire and coach the in-store team, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Coach and develop the in-store team, focusing on customer service, sales growth, and team engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve revenue, working closely with the Store Manager and Business Manager.
  • Enhance customer experience through friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge, and styling advice.
  • Manage new stock deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of merchandise.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, banking, and rostering.
