About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sussan. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and developing the skills of our in-store team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, including operations, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Coach and develop the skills of our in-store team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve revenue, working closely with the Store Manager to implement effective strategies.
  • Enhance customer experience through excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and up-to-date styling advice.
  • Manage new stock deliveries, curate the store's visual merchandising, and assist with administrative tasks.
