Your Role

As a casual Retail Sales Assistant at Vinnies in St Ives, you will be part of the retail team, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. We're looking for someone with great fashion sense or experience in the fashion industry, who is self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

This is a great opportunity to learn different aspects of store operations and grow your retail career with Vinnies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor, maintaining a visually appealing store display.
  • Use your creative flair to assist with visual merchandising, showcasing our products in an attractive and engaging way.
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store, working collaboratively with the team to drive sales growth.
You Will Need
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times, with a willingness to adapt to changing store needs.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets, with a focus on delivering results-oriented performance.
  • Understanding of fashion and trends, with a keen eye for style and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest fashion developments.
