Your Role

Join our retail team at Vinnies in St Ives and work as a casual Retail Sales Assistant. We're looking for someone with great fashion sense or experience in the fashion industry, good customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a great opportunity to learn different aspects of store operations and grow your retail career with Vinnies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor and maintain a tidy and organised store environment.
  • Use your creative flair to assist with visual merchandising and create an engaging store display.
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

You Will Need

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of customers.
  • Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times, with the ability to work a varied schedule.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Understanding of fashion and trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion styles and trends.
