Job Title: E-Commerce Digital Marketing Specialist
">About the Role:
">The company is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the digital strategies that drive our online business. This role requires technical expertise in WordPress and WooCommerce, proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, and exceptional design skills to maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Analytics & Data Management:
">- Utilize Google Analytics, GSC and other analytics tools to monitor website performance, traffic sources, and user behavior.
">- Generate reports on key performance indicators and use data to recommend and implement strategic improvements.
">- SEO Strategy & Execution:
">- Lead all aspects of on-page and off-page SEO, ensuring best practices are followed across the website.
">- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to boost organic search rankings.
">- Stay current with SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and implement necessary updates to maintain optimal search visibility.
">- Creative Design & Brand Management:
">- Create high-quality banners, promotional materials, and visual assets for digital channels.
">- Refine product imagery and digital assets to maintain consistency with brand standards.
">- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver cohesive visual content across web and social media.
">- Social Media Advertising & Digital Campaigns:
">- Design and manage ad campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
">- Monitor digital ad performance, perform A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
">- Collaborate on content strategies to increase engagement, lead generation, and conversions through targeted campaigns.
">Qualifications:
">- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related technical role.
">- Expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, and marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp experience preferred).
">- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including content strategy, link building, and on-page optimization.
">- Proficiency in creative design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) with a strong portfolio of visual content creation.
">- Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GSC, and heat mapping tools.
">- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and ad management tools.
">- Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
">- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to team members.
">- Advanced knowledge of digital advertising tools (e.g., META, TikTok Ads).
">- Experience with additional content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms.
">- Familiarity with custom coding for WordPress (basic HTML/CSS skills).
">- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimization techniques.
