About Us

AUD Logistics Pty Ltd is a leading distributor of electronic products in Australia, offering a wide range of smartphone accessories, computer hardware, home appliances, and consumer electronics through online platforms and wholesale distribution channels.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive operational excellence across sales, marketing, import and export operations, and human resources, finance, and other key business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee company operations to maximize revenue and market share in Australia and overseas.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control, to align with financial objectives and achieve annual revenue growth targets.
  • Lead the selection, appointment, and performance evaluation of senior staff, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market competition and identify trends, risks, and opportunities through competitor analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies to maintain operational excellence and mitigate risks in sales and distribution.
  • Provide updates to the board on company performance, strategic initiatives, and financial health.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience with a proven track record in organizational management and development.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Significant management experience in e-commerce/manufacturing/production or similar industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop talent and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent and driving business growth.
  • Well-organized, meticulous, able to work independently, and manage tight deadlines.
